RAFE ESQUITH, author of Teach Like Your Hair is on Fire, teaches in a tough L.A. neighborhood, seeing excellence everyday for the past 24 years. here is a 2 way street in his classroom that allows for learning, adventure and respect. His class of English as a 2nd language students perform Shakespeare every year and come in early and stay late to do it!
