BETH WAITKUS has more than 12 years of project management and communications experience as well as a lifelong love of gardening and nature. With her program, INSIGHT GARDEN PROGRAM AT San Quentin, inmates learn vocational and life skills so they can practice constructive relationships between themselves, their communities and the natural environment and become productive members of society.
