Due to the high demand of real dairy products, non pasteurized and non homogenized, coops have formed around Colo. where individuals buy a cow share and are considered owners of a cow in order to legally have raw milk available to them. This has led to the formation of the Raw Milk Ass. of Colorado. As a group, the raw milk producers and consumers advocate for the traditional availability of raw milk products and seek to ensure a safe supply. BLAIR MCMORRAN is the Executive Director.
